At Charisma Medical Center, we are committed to providing high-quality medical and aesthetic services. Due to the nature of these services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.  

• Payment in Full: Payment is required in full before or immediately after any treatment, including consultations, procedures, and products.

 

• Non-Refundable Services: All services, including but not limited to laser treatments, injectables, facials, consultations, and other aesthetic/medical services, are strictly non-refundable once administered.

 

• Service Transfers: In exceptional cases, services may be transferred between departments, subject to management approval.

 

• Results & Expectations: While our medical staff strive to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be provided based on results or patient expectations.
